Opera Recital at Steak & Bones

 Featuring Owner and Head Chef Cesar Sanchez. Chef Cesar is a classically trained tenor and has sung opera in the US, Spain, Italy, Germany and Romania as well as his Mexican homeland. 

He was bestowed the title of “Ambassador of the Arts” from the Mexican government. Cesar began his musical studies as a boy chorister at The Church of the Sacred Heart in Tijuana, Mexico. Later he was awarded a scholarship to the prestigious Escuela Superior de Musical Sacra in Guadalajara, Mexico. Further scholarships led to Salzburg, Austria at the famous Mozarteum University Conservatory of Music. 

Next to music, Chef Cesar’s other love is sharing his passion for good food and traditional Mexican cuisine.
